I would say make it's firing rate between the rifle(Scout) and HKSL8 and make the damage the same as the SL8 or a little more.

what 3 times this gun has been suggested and no response, no really what is the point, ofc its a +1 but why even suggest if it has no response from anyone who can make it happen who can give an insight as to whether or not its a good gun to add or even will be added in the future
