Already got it. A report was made once I had gotten on the server to which I forced Moon Moon to respond to once they were dead and they did not respond. They then got off the server. Issuing an RDM and leave ban.

Why was he rebanned? He appealed it and I unbanned him at my discretion considering I was the one who had banned him for the above incident. He had explained his situation so I unbanned him and had him come on and serve a slay for the incident which Moon Moon did.
