i was playing on 67th way and somebody (not saying names) were letting innos in to the t room. the innos would not shoot the t. after they were in the t room the inno would watch the T kill and not ID body's. i was just wondering if this is considered meta gaming and what the punishment is?

Yes, that is meta gaming. We had an incident similar to this in which the players involved were globally banned for two weeks, though that was out of generosity. The typical ban is four weeks.

This image itself is a prime example of metagaming. Your situation itself is also described as metagaming, which is basically an equivalent to a 1 month offense.

This is Meta-gaming. I was one of the players banned for two weeks from Meta-Gaming/Ghosting, considering it Ghosting if the players were telling each other's in-game role. I am honestly not happy with myself knowing that I am a player caught in the act. Though my childish days are now long gone. If you do not mind chubblebutt if possible report the player's that you did not say. Only saying this because "Meta-Gaming" is not taken lightly.

The gamemode is called Trouble in Terrorist Town, where the objective is to kill traitors. Traitors are often given many advantages over innocent players considering they are a fraction of the number of innocents. These advantages are traitor-only accessible and include long-range and close range deadly weapons, a persistent amount of traitor traps throughout many, if not all maps and traitor-only rooms equipped with innocent murdering traps. All of these are available for traitor use, however the problem arises when a traitor dies in the process. Let's say they drop a traitor weapon, that's harmless, innocents have an extra weapon, nothing more than a dead traitor. But then, you have players that purposely drop traitor weapons for their friends, while this is not technically punishable, it ruins the game. Traitors are supposed to have traitor weapons and innocents are supposed collect weapons, or spawn with them hoping to win the game by killing the traitors, or surviving the entire round. Then you get situations like the one described in this thread, where this can severely affect both roles, innocents winning and traitors losing drastically—innocent players being escorted into the traitor room. This breaks inner game mechanic. It's fine for an innocent to stumble across an open traitor room and go in, however being granted the ability to do so purposely by a traitor allows for more and more innocents to get the jump on traitors, bringing about unfair gameplay. Hence metagamming.

If caught, the punishment is hefty, ranging from a 2 week or 8 week global ban.

If you don't mind @chubblebutt , Meta-Gaming is just a major reason that ruins the feel and gameplay for players on the STTT servers.

Is the slightest of meta-gaming bannable?

i.e. Seeing someone place a c4 but do nothing about it.
Drawing "I'm a traitor" in the wall and then showing someone he trusts.

If we catch the player doing so, we will suspect them of meta-gaming/ghosting. If they are caught doing other things or doing those things again that lead to the same suspicion, they will most likely be dealt with and banned.

No, that is not meta-gaming but as staff members, we have a list of each players' roles per round in the damagelog menu. If the traitor is allowing his friends in and killing other players while the innocent helps/watches the act occur, it will be considered meta-gaming.

I don't really know about this, but previously, I believe it was @Thorn who said this was about truce.

I'm also quite curious that is this a punishable stuff because sometime when the server is empty, there seems to be truce act among innocent and terrorist.

according to @Killamarshall, the innocent just happened to get into the T-Room. Killa said that he didn't intentionally let him in, but the innocent decided to not kill him.
