http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=112806637 I've tested it on my own TTT server, it works perfectly. It doesn't hinder a player, nor give an unfair advantage. It's just something nice to look at. Works with all Playermodels, custom or not. It has one tiny bug, if a playermodel's filepath is too long, it won't work for that model.
Except there's no download. All you have to do is just have the server use it. But let's say the client has to download it. All it is, is a LUA script.
+/- It's not really needed, but then again there is no real harm in having it. This suggestion is a more of a thing that it doesn't matter if it is or isn't added.
I would like legs. Maybe if it was a toggle in the settings? I'd probably play more with legs. Adds to the realism.
-1, legs are annoying they just block my vision when I'm above someone, also I feel like I'd shoot myself in the foot. +1, If it was toggle-able in settings.
I've tested something similar to this and your model legs do show up. So I'm happy with this addition. +1
-1 simply because it would clutter my vision while trying to climb down ladders. (i have acquired many easy head-shots simply by following a player down a ladder).
