Abusive Slay Chrissyleecious

What happened:

Wiff was a traitor, he was shooting everyone in the area. I roll in, shoot wiff down, Chrissyleecious was there the entire time watching this whole thing go down in the center of wiffs ground zero of traitorous deeds. Shes just sitting there healing at a T station. literally everyone around her dies except her. Totally guilty by association no doubt about it.

So then im sitting there thinking what the fuck do i do? She didnt help me, Wiff didnt even look at her, She just sits there amidst unided bodies and carnage. I decide to kill her, not even a chance she is not a T. I kill her., the round ends. The then INSTANTLY !slaynr UMAD. No report filed, nothing. She gives me no chance to explain this whole thing in the report. Just BOOM SLAY. I pm her, "i had a reason to kill you", her: "which was", me: "you were just sitting there doing nothing while wiff killed all these innos, and didnt ID the bodies!"

Then at this time Sage of the Six Paths (VIP+ reg) pms me: "I was recording the whole thing if you want it"

Chrissy: "he was KOSed and the other guy was a t" meaning: The guy Wiff killed was apparently kosed and wiff was a T... No this is totally irrelevant considering the amount of killing that went down around her and she did nothing to intervene.

Basically I am pissed because Chrissyleecious BLATANTLY abused her power to slay without using the proper channels.

I know she was in server when she saw Thorn do this to me a couple hours ago, but that was a different circumstance and he was in the right. I dont know if for this reason she thought it was okay to just slay me for what she thought was "rdm" but it is not okay at all.

Ive never seen this mod before today, so i dont know if she is new, but i expect that mods have a basic understanding of proper channels of rdm and reports

If she was surrounded by Unided's the the reason you had to kill her.

EDIT - Read it wrong originally, you were in your right to shoot her for not shooting at wiff.
Also chrissy claiming that Wiff had a kos is even more reason for you to shoot aswell.

However is she was stood over unided's then thats enough reason for you to kill her.

@Sage of the Six Paths (Jake) 's recording should settle this easily enough, currently this is word vs word.

@Chrissyleecious will respond at her earliest convenience.

 

To sum up why i killed her in less than a paragraph

• She was standing there while Wiff shot innocents
• She made no attempt to Stop the T while he was doing Traitorous acts
• The T purposefully avoided her, while she was at low health, at an hp station, right next to him
• The innos were unwitting and died before they could confront him.
• He could easily have managed to kill her without issue before i intervened
• She made no attempt to ID the dead bodies around her, just kept at th HP station like nothing happened
• He was in good health

Why am i upset

• The slay was unjust to begin with
• I was given no chance to respond to a report, as there was no report filed
• She only wanted to know why i killed her after the slay was executed
• didnt even say sorry for fucking up

Essentially this is a very run of the mill kill. Not a hint of rdm. This should never have happened because there are steps in place to prevent rage slays like this from even happening.

 

From the looks of it the slay was unjust, however as you understand, i need her side of the story and possibly Sage's Evidence.

 

100% Agree. I just wanted to Sum up the story into something that is much more readable for the factual evidence

You need to void it on his adminstats by adding a note to it.

 

I dont particularly care, but what you should remember is that almost always, there is two sides to the story. Just be careful

It's somewhere near the end of that demo, within the last minute or 2 where it shows Gravity killing the traitor and Chrissy.
