ਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ (Hello on Punjabi) I see and Im sure all of you see that people have Admin, and Lead admin. If I were to become a mod, how would I get Admin? When theres an admin slot open, do I apply on where I applied for mod or is it when the Lead Admin thinks im ready, he'll give it to me?
In order to be an admin, you have to be picked up as a moderator first and if you do extremely well while you are a moderator, you can be considered or recommended for an admin slot if there is one open for the time of day you staff on. You can't just apply for administrator. One of the lead admins have to pick them.
To my knowledge, to be considered to be admin you must know how to be a leader and get along with others. You also need to know that it is a bigger responsibility than being a moderator, with you having to pick good moderators among other things.
