I'm not sure when you're talking about, as I recorded that video quite a while ago. (That entire area is now much bigger and more fitting, for example.) My only guess is that the randomly generated change was so subtle, it seemed like it didn't do anything that time around. (For example, at around 2:25 something as subtle as the staircase carpet texture changes.) I only say this as, this video is after I created a patch to prevent any sequence branch rolling the same chance event twice in a row. Otherwise I'd just assume that it rolled the same event twice in a row.
The command is "ent_fire", and essentially allows you to send valid inputs to the entity you target. For example, you can do "ent_fire myDoor open", and it'll send the 'Open' input to any entity named 'myDoor'. In this case, I was using "ent_fire r.reset trigger", which sends the input "trigger" to my "r.reset" relay entity which then not only resets the entire map, but regenerates it; as would occur every time the round starts.
