Hello people of STTT. Some of you know that I am an avid poem writer. I have been writing poems since I was in the 5th grade. Poetry is basically just an mechanism for me to express how i feel on stuff.I think I will just post poems on different topics or you guys can give me ideas on what to write about in future poems. I wrote this poem below when I was in my ELA class, doing absolutely nothing. Give me your thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Sincerely, Wolfy Spoiler: From Dusk to Dawn Feeling of Freefall Spiraling through the cotton-feeling clouds Never stopping until i hit the ground Reaching rock bottom to the catacombs of the opposite of cloud 9 I slow to a stop Way past knee deep of dirt I lay and drench the new habit Embrace the new vision till I bore of it Time & Time Again... I crawl to the top Try is a better word to say Each struggle and slip Empowers me Strengthens to break the barrier The barrier between toxic and sobriety My figures appears from the hole As I touch a zillion watts with my hand I gain the familiar feeling back The feeling of the darkness draining Leaving room for a new beginning of prosperity My eyes gleam the sun with hope Smirking it with a hardy stare As my mind leans on the horizon of improvement With the new way of me A new skin is gained Like a reptile that shredded its old skin
It says "Graphics" not "Artistic talents" although I like the idea. Maybe make "Artistic talents" and a subform of "Graphics," "Writing," and "Art"
