Reason For Report:

Arnold went out of the map and remained there even as last person.

As you can see in the screenshot he has jumped using the fence to the other side where he can't be reached. Where he camped with a shield. (he is the only one left as you can see on the scoreboard, and def out of the map as you can see on the radar)​

While technically that's not unreachable / out of the map, he shouldn't have been camping.

We don't ban players for camping though so there's not much this report can accomplish

 

An easy way to deal with players that camp up there is to lob a frag or three up there. Cooking it or not, but cooking is much more fun. You get to watch their body fly over the roof and down onto the street. Although guessing by what Event said, you were probably dead at the time. Either way, it's good knowledge to pass on since I rarely witness frags being used to their full potential against campers.
